Océ viert levering van 2000ste flatbed printer
Mijlpaal voor Océ Arizona serie, 's werelds bestverkopende familie flatbed printers
Venlo, 9 september 2010 - Océ, een van ’s werelds grootste leveranciers op het gebied van digitaal documentmanagement, vierde onlangs de levering van zijn 2000ste flatbed UV-printer uit de Océ Arizona® serie. De Océ Arizona serie is 's werelds bestverkopende familie flatbed printers, met hogere verkoopcijfers dan de voltallige concurrentie bij elkaar.
“De populariteit van de Océ Arizona serie in de markt bewijst hoeveel waarde onze klanten eraan hechten”, aldus Gido van Praag, CEO van Océ Display Graphics Systems. “Klanten vallen in eerste instantie voor de Océ Arizona serie vanwege de superieure beeldkwaliteit en de vele toepassingen die kunnen worden geproduceerd. Maar ze gaan uiteindelijk tot aankoop over vanwege de superieure meerwaarde die het systeem hun bedrijf te bieden heeft.”
Het eerste systeem in deze serie, de Océ Arizona 250 GT printer, werd uitgebracht in september 2006. Het won de Vision Award, die wordt uitgereikt aan een exposerende fabrikant wiens nieuwe product de grootste kans heeft om een positieve impact te hebben op de branche voor digitale imaging. De beslissing was gebaseerd op het belang van het product voor de markt, de potentiële invloed op de branche en de te verwachten meerwaarde voor de eindgebruikers van het product. De Océ Arizona 250 GT printer sleepte bovendien de Viscom Innovation Award in de wacht, met als vermelding ‘een waarlijk innovatief product’, tijdens de Viscom 2007 International Trade Fair.
